BD Advisory & Assistance is an experienced integrator of assistance processes in the insurance market.
Since 2018, it has been supporting insurance companies in designing and implementing consistent, predictable customer service processes, working in partnership with, amongst others, its global partner – Europ Assistance. BDAA takes responsibility for coordinating claims settlement processes, managing a network of specialist partners and communicating with end customers. A state-of-the-art call centre, dedicated systems and flexible collaboration models enable us to improve service quality, reduce processing times and provide real relief for the insurance company’s internal structures.
